Christine Bodzianowski- Behavior Interventionist

Started at Helping Hands July 2018

My name is Christine Bodzianowski and I am excited to join Helping Hands Therapy Services as a Behavior Interventionist.  For the past 20+ years I have been employed in and around the field of Special Education and Therapeutic Social Services.  My past employments have blessed me to be able to work with children enrolled in Early Intervention, Public School settings, Therapeutic Day Schools, and through the Department of Human Services.  I have also worked with adults that have had Strokes, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and those that reside in Group Homes.

In recent years, my focus has been geared toward helping children and adults through providing Behavioral Interventions.  As a Behavioral Interventionist I assess the challenges a child or adult faces when functioning in daily life.  Through observation and interviews with clients and their support systems I help gather information to develop an appropriate intervention plan with all therapies and family members involved.  We will set goals for behavioral changes, monitor client, assess progress and modify behavioral plans if necessary.
