Occupational Therapist

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Helping Hands is looking for a full-time occupational therapist to be an integral part of our New Lenox-based private clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic setting with amazing and experienced therapists. We are looking for a full-time therapist, 5 days per week, including after-school hours.  We are also looking for therapists to work Saturdays 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in pediatrics
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in occupational therapy
  • Licensed in the state of IL

Physical Therapist

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a part-time, 2 days per week physical therapist to join our team!  Do you have a lot of energy and consider yourself an "outside the box" thinker? Helping Hands is the place for you!  We are looking for an experienced physical therapist to work after-school hours and Saturdays at our state-of-the-art clinic.  The ideal candidate should be available August 2017.       

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in physical therapy
  • Licensed in the state of IL
  • Minimum three years experience in pediatrics
  • Positive, teamwork attitude
  • Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Autism spectrum disorder experience required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
