New Owners’ Welcome Letter

April 13, 2018

 Dear Helping Hands Families,

I am so excited to announce that my husband, Craig, and I are the new owners of Helping Hands Children’s Therapy. We look forward to continuing to work with you and your children to provide them with the best therapy services in the area. When I came to Helping Hands three years ago I instantly fell in love with the clinic, my co-workers, and most importantly the clients and families I have worked with. My career goal has been to own a pediatric clinic to help make a difference in the community, and I am thrilled that it is Helping Hands.

I received my Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from St. Ambrose University, as well as a bachelor degree in Psychology. I have been working as an OT for 15 years, with 14 years experience in pediatrics. I worked at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet until 2015, when I began working at Helping Hands. I have received my certification in Ayres Sensory Integration therapy, as well as completed numerous continuing education courses in typical and atypical development. Craig has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. He has been employed by G&K Services/Cintas for 15 years.  We enjoy spending our free time with our three children and traveling.

Christie and Brad have always emphasized excellent customer service and quality of care. This is the top priority for Craig and me as well. We plan on a smooth transition in ownership, as to not interrupt the continuity of care for your child. I plan on introducing myself to families I have not yet met over the next several weeks. If you have any questions or concerns that arise please let us know.

We look forward to working with you!
